The Enneagram is often thought of as a system or model used for classifying 9 uniquely different expressions (also called ‘Types’) of personality. However, the depth of knowledge and insight within the theoretical framework of the Enneagram System of Personality is not the whole of its contribution. By far, the Enneagram is the most powerful tool I have ever worked with on my personal growth journey. Not only is it extremely helpful for coming to know, understand, and appreciate who you are but it has proven itself to me to be the most essential means for developing healthy relationships with others.

I whole-heartedly believe that ALL PERSONAL GROWTH IS, IN TRUTH, PERSONAL’ITY’ GROWTH. And, I truly enjoy empowering my clients to become the highest and best version of themselves by exposing, exploring, and exemplifying the wisdom within the Enneagram.

I am a certified accredited Enneagram Practitioner and use the Professional IEQ Assessment with all my clients. My teenage years were incredibly challenging, and I am profoundly grateful to have made it through. Following a near-death experience in 1998, I realized I wanted to become someone who could help teens feel better about themselves and trust in their ability to make decisions that reflect who they genuinely want to be. I truly believe that if I had someone to encourage and believe in me during my own teenage years, my life would have been far less of a nightmare. This led me to pursue a degree in psychology, and after graduating, I became certified as a Life Empowerment Coach.

In 2012, I created the Truth And Dare Empowerment Coaching Program for Teens. Unlike many existing programs that focus on raising awareness about the dangers of drugs, alcohol, gangs, and bullying, Truth And Dare aims to enhance our children's awareness of the benefits of virtuous thinking, attitudes, and behaviors. This empowering program integrates Empowerment Coaching with Character Development and reveals the inherent power each of us possesses to Create Who We Are, rather than allowing others, or circumstances, to determine what we become.
