As the subtitle of the book explains, Truth And Dare is A Journey of Creating and Daring to BE… Who You Really Are. However, to be who you really are requires two very important, yet necessary, steps.
The first step is to acknowledge the Truth – that who we are is a choice. By exposing our children to the benefits of being virtuous and the disadvantages of opposing vices, they acknowledge their ability to decide, define, and create Who They Are through the choices they make. Truth And Dare teaches that we are not a victim of our world, but the creator of it. The program helps children to see how their thinking, attitudes, and behaviors directly affect their lives and encourages them to make the choices which will best represent the person they want to be and create the results they desire. The second step is the application of the Truth – Dare. By using experiential challenges and thought-provoking exercises specifically designed to reveal the benefits of being virtuous, the program empowers our children to establish habits that help them reach their full potential in life. Truth And Dare teaches that applying what we know – the Truth – to what we do – Dare – is how we accomplish Being the BEST Version of Who We Really Are.
Truth and Dare Workbook
The Truth And Dare program is an interactive workbook filled with 54-thought provoking Truths and experiential Dares which help teens Create themselves as the person they are meant, and want, to BE. The workbook consists of 10 chapters. Each chapter focuses on a particular virtue or quality. The virtues of honesty, respect, generosity, acceptance, appreciation, optimism, encouragement, loyalty, Self-Love, and authenticity are the main focus of the program.
The Truth And Dare Curriculum integrates Empowerment Coaching with Character Development and can be effectively implemented in many ways. Previously it has been taught in schools, churches, educational events, and by parents who were home schooling their teens.

Purchase the TAD Curriculum - The Truth And Dare curriculum is extremely easy to do on your own with your teen. The 54 exercises can be done in any order and can be repeated as much as needed until the virtue’s Dare comes naturally and effortlessly. You will likely find that doing the program WITH your child will strengthen your relationship and create more opportunities for you both to develop healthier habits, thinking, and emotions. $14.95 + shipping
Teen Empowerment Coaching - includes 4 weekly coaching sessions (1-hour each), via Zoom, for one month and will have additional homework assignments from the Truth And Dare Curriculum. During the coaching sessions, your teen and I will go through 12 of the 54 exercises from the Truth And Dare book which will be mailed to you prior to the first coaching session. There will also be approximately 20 minutes within each session to address any personal issues that may be causing stress or conflict in your teens life. $395.00mnthly *I recommend a 3-month commitment - but it is not required.
Organize an workshop - Gather a group of 10-25 individuals (preferably teens and their parents) for a weekend workshop. All teens in attendance will receive a copy of the Truth And Dare book prior to the day of the zoom event. This will be a 6-hour interactive workshop that will introduce the Truth And Dare program and explore the benefits of practicing the virtuous behaviors that best represent the person you want to be. $495.00
